Are you new to fitness? Want a great way to get started? Join us in our smart start fitness programs where the leaders are keenly aware of the distinct needs of people new to fitness activities. With their guidance you can start on a path to an improved fitness lifestyle. Want to improve your current workout or efficiency in technique? Just getting started and want to learn a new exercise? Our sports performance and personal fitness training team will teach you the correct biomechanics and dynamic lifting techniques of the following movements in strength and cardiovascular training. You will also learn exercise variations that will assist you in your current workout program, and incorporate new equipment to keep your workouts challenging and fun!
