It's your party and we'll play how you want to! servus credit union place offers party room rentals for birthday and team parties looking to celebrate in a fun and active environment. Room rentals are currently available Saturdays and Sundays at 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., however, other dates and times (excluding holidays) will be considered if space is available. The cost to rental a room for one hour is $50.
important information: • completed request forms are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis • a staff member will contact you within 48 hours (monday-friday) to confirm details of your request • to secure your booking, full payment is required upon receipt of the contract • you may pay in person at the guest & member services desk or by phone 780.418.6088 ext "0" • payment options include visa/mastercard, direct debit, cheque or cash • cancellations: a full refund, less a $15.00 cancellation fee, will be issued when cancelled five (5) business days prior to your booking. If your party is rescheduled for a future date, this cancellation fee will be credited towards the booking

how do I book a party room? A completed party request form is required to book a room for any team or birthday party at servus place. You can Download Party Request Form or pick up a copy at the guest & member services desk located within the facility. Party bookings are first-come, first-served based upon when the request form is received. Request forms can be submitted in person, by fax 458.2750 (attention kerri), or by
how will I know if the date I requested is available? The party coordinator, kerri shewchuk, will contact you within 48-hours (monday - friday) of receiving your request form to confirm the date or arrange for another available time. Kerri is in the office on tuesday, thursday and friday.
can I bring in my own food? To ensure all food served meets health & safety regulations we ask that only commercially* prepared and packaged food be brought into the facility with the exception of the birthday cake, which can be homemade. *pizza ordered from a licensed business, fruit or veggie platters prepared by a local grocery store or wholesale supplier.
how long can I play in the facility? When you arrive at servus place, purchase wristbands for your guests. These wristbands are good throughout the day - you can play before and/or after your scheduled room rental. If you are only renting an exclusive space for your party and not playing in the pool, playground etc., wristbands are not required.
where do I go when I come for my party? The room will be opened for your scheduled rental time. If it is not open, please stop by the guest and member services desk to ask for a facility host to open your party room.
can I book any of the play spaces for my party? The landrex water play centre, leisure ice (seasonal), indoor playground and gymnasium court #1 are considered spontaneous use areas and are always open to the public and not available to rent for exclusive use. If you want to book gymnasium court #3, an ice surface or a field house, we can assist you in making those arrangements however, these spaces are subject to availability and extra rental fees.
what if I need to cancel the party? In the event that you must cancel your party booking, you will receive a full refund (less a $15.00 administration fee) when sufficient notice is given - minimum of five (5) business days prior to the party date. Refunds will not be issued without sufficient notice.
