The Fitness and Wellness Centre is designed to make you feel welcome and well during your workout.

Our state-of-the-art TECHNOGYM strength, cardiovascular and specialized equipment easily adapts to whatever kind of workout you’re after. It’s friendly enough for first-time users and advanced enough for high-level athletes. All of our cardio equipment even comes with touch screen cable television!

We also have a wide selection of free weights available to meet your personal fitness needs.

-   the fitness & wellness centre is open to those 16 years of age and older. Youth who are 13 – 15 years of age may be permitted upon completion of our smart start for teens orientation program.
