Come celebrate with us!It's your party and we'll play how you want to! Servus Place offers party room rentals for birthday and team parties looking to celebrate in a fun and active environment. The party room is a basic room for your event with tables and chairs set up for your party group. Party rooms are available throughout the week and on weekends based on availability and room capacity. The cost to rent a room for one hour (minimum rental time) is $50.00/hr (plus GST). Important Information:• completed request forms are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis What is included with my party room rental fee? The rental fee is specifically for the party room, which will be set up with tables and chairs for the number of guests indicated on your party room request form. Any supplies, such as cups, plates, cake knife, napkins, etc must be provided by the person hosting the party. Wristbands for swimming or using any other public/spontaneous use area of the facility, are a separate cost and are purchased at the front desk on the date of the party (drop in rates apply). Can I get into the party room earlier than the time I have booked to do any set-up? No you will be allowed into your room only at your booked time and we will not extend time if you arrive late. If you require more time to set-up or clean-up, please feel free to inquire about extending your booked time at the time of setting up your party booking. Can I bring in my own food? To ensure all food served meets health & safety regulations we ask that only commercially* prepared and packaged food be brought into the facility with the exception of the birthday cake or cupcakes, which can be homemade. *pizza ordered from a licensed business, fruit or veggie platters prepared by a local grocery store or wholesale supplier. Does Servus Place store my food or gifts? Unfortunately, we do not have the space or the staff to manage storage of food/gifts so we do not offer this service at the facility. Please bring a cooler to store any food items that need to be kept cold/hot and a bag or bin to store any gifts. How long can I play in the facility? When you arrive at Servus Place, you may purchase wristbands for your guests at the front desk. These wristbands are good throughout the day - you can play before and/or after your scheduled room rental. If you are only renting an exclusive space for your party (gym court, field) and not playing in the pool, playground etc., wristbands are not required. What are the pool ratios? They are as follows: age 1 yr 1:1, age 2 yrs 1:2, ages 3 yrs 1:3, age 4 yrs 1:4, age 5 yrs 1:5, ages 6 yrs 1:5, ages 7 yrs 1:5, ages 8 to 12 years - adequate supervision required – adult in area, does not have to be in pool. Where do I go when I come for my party? The room should be opened for your scheduled rental time. If it is not open, please stop by the guest and member services desk a few minutes before your room time to ask for a facility host to open your party room. Can I book any of the play spaces for my party? The Landrex Water Play Centre (pool), leisure ice (seasonal), indoor playground and gymnasium court #1 are considered spontaneous use areas and are always open to the public and not available to rent for exclusive use. If you want to book gymnasium court #3, an ice surface or a field house, we can assist you in making those arrangements however, these spaces are subject to availability and extra rental fees.
