Dryland Hockey Camp
Servus Place dryland specialists will take your skills to the next level this summer. A periodized program focusing on strength, power, speed and agility will not only allow you to destroy your competition this upcoming season, but also excell during tryouts.
Dryland Volleyball Camp
Joining your school volleyball team? Our dryland specialists will help you gain the fitness skills necessary to shine. A periodized program focusing on speed, agility, core strength and joint mobility will let you smash tryouts.
T2-Teen Training (Ages 13 - 17)
This fun T squared training program is going to give the teens a progression from the smart start for teens course. Teaching proper gym etiquette, techniques for spot lifting and weightlifting. Learning how to effectively train the different heart rate zones by using heart rate monitors. Safe, interactive, educational and promoting a positive social atmosphere for youth and identifying others with similar interests!
Must have taken Smart Start for Teens as a prerequisite.
Smart Start for Teens (Ages 12 - 15)
Youth will learn the basics around fitness & wellness centre etiquette, resistance training, cardiovascular training, and program design.
