Today's seniors are more active and health conscience than previous generations. At Servus Place, we've made the health and wellness of our seniors a top priority by offering programs and classes for the spirit, mind and body. Our programs offer seniors a chance to increase their strength and flexibility, meet new friends and increase mobility.
New for 2014, our Seniors' Day has moved to Wednesdays and take place the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Join us for a workout in the fitness centre, a walk on the track, or a class in the pool or fitness studio. Then come and enjoy snacks and refreshments on the second floor concourse from 10:30 am to noon. Join us on February 19, March 19, April 16, May 21 and June 18. Drop-in admission or membership required.
