Multi level instruction provides a safe and challenging environment for the whole family to enjoy a spin class together. Start with bike set up and progress through the varying drills from week to week. Let our instructor lead and motivate your family today! *There is a height minimum of 5 feet, due to the size of the bikes.

Want to learn how to be a master chef and impress your friends and family with your new culinary skills? Teens will learn cooking terms, techniques and food safety while making and eating appetizers, entrees and deserts from around the world. Parent's Night Out
Drop your children off for an evening of fun while you enjoy a night off! Our qualified child-minding staff will keep your children entertained with crafts, games, books, free- play and a movie, Planes will be playing for children to view between activities. A nutritious snack will be provided. Please bring indoor shoes.
