Prenatal Programs
Staying physically active during pregnancy offers a number of health benefits including helping to control pregnancy weight gain, prevention and control of gestational diabetes and reduced risk of preeclampsia. Pregnancy workouts can also help build strength and stamina for delivery.
Please note: your doctor’s permission is required to participate in these following prenatal programs. Please get a doctor’s note or get your doctor to fill out a PARMed-X For Pregnancy form to give to your instructor (your doctor may charge for a note or to fill in the form). Fit to Deliver
Are you ready to have the healthiest pregnancy possible? A wide variety of cardio, resistance, and flexibility training designed to train your body to perform at its best. You will be challenged, but never asked to do more than you can safely do. Individual modifications will be made for your comfort level, stage of pregnancy and fitness level.

Prenatal Yoga
Join a practice that will strengthen your body and your spirit: Asanas, the physical poses, can help build strength and stamina and improve circulation. Meditation can improve the abilities to relax and to concentrate. Pranayama, breathing exercises, can help manage the pain of contractions. The process of birth is not a Hollywood script, it is work made of muscle, mind, sweat, and love. By toning the body, focusing the mind, and challenging the spirit, yoga can help a mother be present for the miracle of birth. Take this time to get to know your body and to build confidence in your ability to give birth.

Prenatal Kinesis Circuit
Prenatal KINESIS is focused on keeping you and your baby strong and healthy. Learn KINESIS movements and other exercises to increase muscular strength, endurance and improve your posture and body awareness as your body changes during pregnancy. No Kinesis experience necessary. This class size will be small with a maximum of 8 participants.
