Postnatal programs

If you’ve recently given birth and want to begin exercising again, whether it’s to get back your pre-baby body or you simply want to boost your energy level, Servus Place has the program for you. Post natal fitness programs help to ease new moms into a healthy and vibrant physical fitness routine with your babies.

Please ensure you have a minimum of 6 weeks post natal or have the green light from your doctor depending on the specifics of your delivery. Dads – you are welcome to join too!

Baby and Mama Pilates - Postnatal Pilates

A workout designed exclusively for moms with the little one. Who needs hand weights when you have a 7 pounder to lift and carry?! This innovative gentle class incorporates baby into Pilates mat exercises for added weight resistance, awareness and bonding. Improve focus and flexibility, posture and body awareness while strengthening your pelvic floor, abdominals and back muscles. Babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months/crawling are best suited to work with you in class. Carseat, diapers and bottles are welcome!

Mindful Mama - Postnatal Yoga

What a better way to connect with your baby and reconnect with yourself than this prenatal yoga class? Unite disciplined action and strength, with the supreme detachment of going with the flow, all the while trying to find balance. Is this yoga or motherhood? This gentle practice will provide opportunities to bond with your baby while coaxing your body and mind into a balanced, strong and flexible state. Follow your baby's ability to live in the present, to take time to enjoy life, and to be direct.... take life one baby step at a time! Babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months/crawling are best suited to work with you in class. Carseat, diapers and bottles are welcome!

Mom and Baby Aquafit

ages 4 months - 18 months Maximum 20 lbs Fitness and fun for mom and baby! Ease back into fitness and introduce your baby to the water. The instructor will lead you through 45 minutes of cardio and muscular endurance while incorporating your baby. As a new Mom or Dad, you'll get a workout while having a splash with your baby. Please dress baby in an official swim diaper. Baby boats are provided for your baby.

Postnatal KINESIS Circuit

Postnatal KINESIS circuit will challenge your whole body targeting on your legs, arms and core. This specialized class will incorporate KINESIS movements and other exercises to increase muscular strength, endurance and improve your posture and body awareness. Bring your baby(s) and keep your baby happy between sets. No KINESIS experience necessary. Each class is held to a maximum of 8 participants.

Postnatal Spin

Help get your body back! Spin is a great way to increase your cardiovascular system in a low impact way while burning lots of calories. Bring your baby(s) and seat the stroller next to your spin bike while you spin. You are able to increase or decrease your level of workout when and if needed. This class will end with core work.

Mommy Kicks Butt Circuit Class- Postnatal - Level 1

baby age: 6 weeks+ This safe and interactive stroller fitness class is a great way to work up a sweat without leaving your baby out of the picture. Our instructor will lead you through cardio and strength circuit segments that can be modified for all fitness levels, to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Spend some time on yourself... and your baby.
