Post natal fitness programs help to ease new moms into a healthy and vibrant physical fitness routine with your babies.
Please ensure you have a minimum of 6 weeks post natal or have the green light from your doctor depending on the specifics of your delivery. Dads – you are welcome to join too!
Mambo Mamas- Postnatal (Ages 16+)
Dance back into shape with the best little partner of all - your new baby! Learn basic steps to popular Latin-inspired dances with a dash of international zest, and leave this fun, easy and high energy class feeling rejuvenated. Max out on fun and fitness while socializing with other parents. Please bring a carrier so you can support your baby during this class.
Mindful Mama - Postnatal Yoga (Ages 16+)
Want a better way to connect with your baby and reconnect with yourself? Then this postnatal yoga class is for you! Unite disciplined action and strength with the supreme detachment of going with the flow, all the while trying to find balance. Is this yoga or motherhood? This gentle practice will provide opportunities to bond with your baby while coaxing your body and mind into a balanced, strong and flexible state. Follow your babys ability to live in the present, to take time to enjoy life, and to be direct.... take life one baby step at a time! Babies aged 6 weeks to 6 monthscrawling are best suited to work with you in class. Carseat, diapers and bottles are welcome!
Mom and Baby Aquafit - Postnatal (Ages 16+)
Baby age: 4 months+ Fitness and fun for mom and baby! Ease back into fitness and introduce your baby to the water. The instructor will lead you through 45 minutes of cardio and muscular endurance while incorporating your baby. As a new parent, youll get a workout while having a splash with your baby. Please dress baby in an official swim diaper. Baby boats are provided for your baby, up to a maximum weight of 20lbs.
Mommy Kicks Butt Circuit Class Level 1 - Postnatal (Ages 16+)
This safe and interactive stroller fitness class is a great way to work up a sweat without leaving your baby out of the picture. Our instructor will lead you through cardio and strength circuit segments that can be modified for all fitness levels to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. This is a welcoming class for who are looking to introduce themselves to fitness or for those returning to fitness postpartum. Spend some time on yourself... with your baby.

This safe and interactive stroller fitness class is a great way to work up a sweat without leaving your baby out of the picture. This is not your mothers fitness class this is your babys mamas fitness class! A base level of fitness is recommended as you take it up a notch through cardio and strength circuit segments. Modifications will be provided for all fitness and energy levels. Spend some time on yourself... with your baby.
Postnatal KINESIS Circuit (Ages 16+)
Postnatal KINESIS circuit will challenge your whole body targeting your legs, arms and core. This specialized class will incorporate KINESIS movements and other exercises to increase muscular strength, endurance and improve your posture and body awareness. Babies aged 6 weeks to 6 monthscrawling are best suited to accompany you to class. Carseat, diapers and bottles are welcome. No KINESIS experience necessary. Each class is held to a maximum of 8 participants.
Postnatal Spin (Ages 16+)
Help get your body back! Spin is a great way to increase your cardiovascular system in a low impact way while burning lots of calories. Bring your babys and seat the stroller next to your spin bike while you spin. You are able to increase or decrease your level of workout when and if needed. This class will end with core work.
Strollerworks Level 1 - Postnatal (Ages 16+)
This is a stroller workout for new moms and dads looking to get fit while spending time with their baby. Get the benefits of a great workout while meeting other new parents in a welcoming social environment. This program is geared to all fitness levels but is especially suitable for those new to fitness or returning postpartum. Spend time with your new baby and stroll your cares away.
Strollerworks Level 2 - Postnatal (Ages 16+)
This is a stroller workout for new moms and dads looking to get fit while spending time with their baby. Get the benefits of a great workout while meeting other new parents in a welcoming, social environment. This Level 2 class is not your mothers fitness class its your babys mamas fitness class! A base level of fitness is recommended as you take it up a notch in Level 2 with a more challenging workout.
