Teaching you to connect and ground your muscles for movement and enhance your balance, stability, strength, and mobility. Gain an understanding of how the foundational teachings and practice of Yoga, Pilates and Kinesis blend together to improve your mind body connection and physical awareness. All fitness levels welcome and no previous kinesis or yoga experience necessary.
