Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a mindful practice, focused on alignment and form, breath awareness, and calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation while challenging the body's endurance. Hatha yoga strives towards balance of mind and body through physical postures, or 'asanas', challenging your poise, balance and increasing your strength and flexibility, leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed!
Building on the fundamentals of smart start yoga, this class will progress through the postures.

Smart Start Pilates
Discover the difference that pilates can make in your life. Increase core strength, body awareness, and flexibility to create strong and long, lean muscles. Some benefits of a pilates program include increased flexibility and improved posture and back strength. This smart start class will gradually teach you the foundational principles of Pilates and break down the exercises to build a dynamic full-body workout.

Yoga for Athletes
Regardless of your training level, you can benefit form this basic yoga class addressing your specific needs; improved flexibility, core strength, and breath. Using the foundations of yoga to cross train will help you pay attention to your body and help with injury prevention. On Mondays, this class will also include muscle release using foam rolling, and small ball fascia release, and yoga. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is far less strenuous than other forms of yoga. Explore basic yoga poses, with a connection breath, alignment and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility at a comfortably slow pace, allowing ample time to explore and enjoy each pose. Modifications of standard poses help to remove unnecessary strain and make it more accessible to people of all sizes, ages and fitness levels.

Pilates - Intermediate
Building on the movements learned in progressive pilates, add new exercises and take it up a notch! This quicker paced, dynamic workout will focus on muscular endurance, improve flexibility and core strength while maintaining safety and efficiency. Pilates Boot Camp
This class will get you strong, centered, and work your abs without even knowing it (until the next day of course)! Combining traditional pilates exercises with small balls, and other small props, to work your core. Popular fitness moves and the benefits associated with pilates will improve posture, body awareness, and correct alignment all while getting a full body workout. Smart Start Yoga
If you've never experienced yoga before, this is the place to start. Focus on the mind and body working together while improving balance, flexibility and joint movement. This smart start course introduces yoga fundamentals including philosophy, yoga breathing and meditation, and of course the basic poses. This progressive class will build through the session, establishing a solid foundation and awareness of yourself in this ancient practice.
