Broga - Yoga for Men

This class will complement your other workouts, and will pay special attention to where men are least flexible: hips, thighs, hamstrings, and lower back. Holistic Hatha Yoga
Holistic Hatha delves beyond the physical, and explores the self as a whole, incorporating the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. This 75 minute yoga class will help you develop flexibility, strength, and balance for all your systems muscular, nervous, respiratory, circulatory digestive and will explore breathing exercises, mudras yoga positions for your hands and meditation.
